An Exploratory Study to Evaluate Attention Biases in Adults With Multiple Sclerosis, Breast Cancer, and Lung Cancer (NCT06136923)
A completed, multicenter feasibility trial (Oct 2023–Apr 2024; N=194) assessing CT-100-D-004’s Digital Neuro-activation and Modulation (DiNaMo) components to target attention biases in adults with MS, breast cancer, and lung cancer.

Phase III
Study of Two Prescription Digital Therapeutics as an Adjunct to Standard-of-Care Antipsychotic Therapy in Adult and Late-Adolescent Participants with Experiential Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia (NCT05838625)
A Phase 3, randomized, multicenter, 16-week trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of two prescription digital therapeutics in addition to standard antipsychotic care for experiential negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
Colbert et al. role:
• Served as the primary liaison between investigative sites, the sponsor (Click Therapeutics) and the CRO
• Oversaw sponsor-level clinical development strategy and managed day-to-day clinical operations
• Coordinated cross-functional communication to maintain protocol fidelity and timelines leading to increased site engagement and patient enrollment
